What do Tribes Research provide me with for giving up my time to take surveys?
Rewards for completing surveys will usually earn you payment credits into your Survey Perks account. You will always be notified if payment credits are not on offer.

Make sure you only enter the 1st part of your postcode and with no spaces, for example: GU22

Can I forward the registration link to my friends and colleagues
Absolutely! We welcome all who want to participate in Survey Perks.
What about my login details?
You should receive your registration confirmation link and login details within about 10 minutes of completing the profiling questionnaire on the ‘Register’ page. They will come in an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check your junk mail in case it has landed there. This email also contains a link to your first survey!
I cannot click on the link in the email to confirm my registration
If for some reason the email is displaying this link as non-clickable, just manually copy it then paste into your URL browser. To do this point your mouse to the start of the link, click and drag to the end of the link so that it is highlighted, then select ‘copy’, switch to your URL browser address bar, select ‘paste’, then hit the ‘Enter’ key.
What are the rewards for taking surveys?

How do I check my rewards?
You can view your rewards by logging into your account on the Members Page.
After logging in, select “Your Profile” and then click on “Redeem Rewards”. This page allows you to view the surveys you have earned rewards from, your current balance and how you can redeem your rewards so far.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you have £4 credit you can then redeem it. Login to your member page, go to “My earned points”, then to “Change your choice of payment” (bottom), select PayPal UK, then “Back to start page”, “My earned points” again, then press the ‘Redeem’ button and then the money will either go into your PayPal account, or you will be sent an email to the email address you registered for the panel with, asking that you set one up so the money can be transferred to you. Please note that PayPal will take 2% of any processed amount as their handling fee. This is not covered by Survey Perks or its affiliates.
What if I win a prize draw?
If you win a prize draw, you will be contacted either by a Survey Perks representative or Tribes Research (the company who manage Survey Perks panel). We will then ask you for your current address so that we can send you the prize.
I can’t login to my member page
First, please remember that the password recognition is case sensitive, so you must use capitals and small letters in the right places. Also, please remember to use the right email address (i.e. the one you signed up with) if you have more than one. When you have logged in the first time, you can change your password to something that is easy to remember.
I clicked on ‘Forgot your Log In details (Username, Password)?’ but did not receive new Log In details
Your new username and password are sent to you in an email from email@example.com. Please check your junk mail if it has not landed in your inbox.
I want to change my password, where do I do this?
If you login with your current username and password, you can then click onto “My Personal Information”. When you do so, a large page of information that is changeable will appear. On the right-hand side, you will see “New password” and “Re-enter password”. This is where you can change your password to one of your choosing. Please let us know if you have any further issues or questions.
I don’t want to be a part of the Survey Perks any more. How do I leave the panel?
There is an “unsubscribe” link you can click on, in all emails you receive from us. Alternatively, login into your member page and click the ‘Unregister’ link. You will then be unsubscribed and not receive any more emails from us. All your information will then be removed from our database, this may take a few business days.
How will I be notified of survey opportunities?
Every time there is a survey for you, we will send you an email invite. This will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once I sign-up, when should I expect to receive my first survey?
You should receive your first survey within 1-2 weeks. It can depend on your profile information (whether you are male or female, your location, age, etc).
What kinds of questions will I have to answer in surveys?
Surveys can be on your lifestyle and attitudes, shopping habits, travel and holidays, food and beverages and almost any topics you can think of.
If you have indicated that you are interested in doing so when registering, we may sometimes ask you to provide feedback via webcams, mobile phone surveys, do online bulletin board surveys or even interact with other panellists in online focus groups.
Do I have to participate in every survey I am invited to?
Not at all. We don’t like to overburden people with surveys and aim to invite members to participate in relevant surveys, based on the registration information we collect. You can set the minimum number of days between your receiving survey invites by logging into your member page, click on ‘Information’ and scrolling to the bottom of the menu.
If you haven’t participated in a survey for a while, you may receive an email checking that you wish to remain a Survey Perks member, or updating your profile.
I am asked questions I answered when registering at the end of a survey?
Don’t worry you are properly registered. This is just a measure we undertake from time to time to keep our records up to date.
When I click on the survey link, it says that the survey is closed/ or that my quota is full, why?
Survey closed means that one of the following has occurred:
The survey field period has expired, normally surveys are active for 2-7 days
The desired number of answers has been collected for this survey
Some surveys automatically close due to inactivity, typically after 10-15 minutes
Quota full means that all answers from your specific target-group have been collected
I haven’t received any surveys from you in a long time.
You can greatly increase the chance of receiving surveys by always ensuring that your profile details are complete and up to date. Updating your personal information is accomplished on your member page.
In certain circumstances your e-mail system can misinterpret the invitation send-out as spam, make sure that our e-mail address email@example.com doesn’t get filtered out as such. With this in mind, you will want to add the above as a “safe sender”.
